At North Western Steel, we deliver end-to-end structural steel fabrication, from engineered drawings to field installation. Our shop produces platforms, mezzanines, stairs, catwalks, safety guarding, racks, skids, and heavy frames built for the tough conditions of mining, industrial, agricultural, and construction sites. Every project is executed with precision to ensure strength, safety, and long-term reliability.
Our welders are AWS D1.1–qualified and certified across all processes—FCAW, SMAW, GTAW, and GMAW—allowing us to handle everything from heavy structural frames to fine-detail components. Fabrication is supported by engineered design packages, complete with weld symbols, material callouts, and quality control steps. For projects requiring additional oversight, we coordinate with Certified Welding Inspectors (CWI) and provide NDE services to validate weld integrity.
In the field, our crews manage delivery, rigging, and installation with MSHA- and OSHA-trained safety practices. From bolted connections to precision welding, we bring shop-quality workmanship directly to the job site. Finishing options such as blasting, industrial coatings, and hot-dip galvanizing extend durability and protect investments in harsh environments.
